Refund and Returns Policy

At Nikhid Solutions, we strive to deliver the highest quality menswear, crafted for confidence and comfort. But if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve got your back.

Return Eligibility:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, wrong products, or size mismatches.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Innerwear, gym wear bottoms, or any product under hygiene-sensitive categories.
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective).

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• For COD orders, we’ll request your bank details via email at nikhidsolutionspvtltd77@gmail.com.
